Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using MobileTrophy, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy below. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. MobileTrophy is not intended for children or minors.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, names, categories, and other material you upload. You give Rallyback LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, resize, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve MobileTrophy.

You may upload only content that you own or have permission and lawful authority to use. If an image includes a minor, you must be the parent or legal guardian or otherwise have appropriate permission to upload it. Do not include a minor's sensitive identifying or location information. You are responsible for maintaining your own backup of content that is important to you.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use MobileTrophy to upload, store, or share content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, or abusive;
• sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, including child sexual abuse material;
• violates another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• contains malware or is intended to disrupt, probe, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your relationship with a person or organization.

5. Moderation and reports

We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these terms, the law, or the safety of others may be at risk. We are not obligated to monitor every upload. To report content or abuse, email hello@mobiletrophy.com. We may preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect the service and its users.

6. Service availability and changes

Our intention is to keep MobileTrophy available at no or modest cost, but that is not a guarantee. Features, limits, pricing, or the service itself may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MobileTrophy is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rallyback LLC disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, security, or freedom from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rallyback LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

8. Ending an account

You may delete your account through your settings. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or when necessary to protect MobileTrophy or others. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will continue to apply.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account settings, trophy photos, trophy details, categories, tags, notes, email addresses used for sharing invitations, invitation responses, and trophies saved to a member’s case. Passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than readable passwords.

We also collect limited technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, session data, application logs, and bot-detection signals.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, store and display trophy collections, deliver and manage trophy-sharing requests, send service-related email, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain and improve MobileTrophy, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers to operate MobileTrophy. These currently include Cloudinary for image storage and delivery, Mailgun for transactional email, Google reCAPTCHA for bot and abuse prevention, and hosting and database providers. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf; when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; to protect rights, safety, and service integrity; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the business.

Retention and deletion

We generally keep account information and trophy content while your account is active. Deleting your account removes the active account, its trophy records, and associated hosted trophy images. Limited information may remain temporarily in logs, backups, provider systems, or records that we must retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no website, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep your password private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices

You may review and update account information through Settings and may delete your account there. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@mobiletrophy.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Age restriction

MobileTrophy accounts are limited to people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information through accounts belonging to children or minors. If you believe a minor has created an account or provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

reCAPTCHA

Registration is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

Privacy policy changes

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update its effective date.
